Industrial Heptafluoropropane Fire Suppression Fm200 Cabinet Type
Classification of gas fire extinguishing equipment, you will understand it all in one article
01. Classification by fire extinguishing medium
Based on the fire extinguishing medium, gas fire extinguishing equipment can be divided into heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing equipment, perfluorohexanone fire extinguishing equipment, carbon dioxide fire extinguishing equipment, IG-541 fire extinguishing equipment and IG-100 fire extinguishing equipment, etc.
02. Classification by equipment structure
It can be divided into pipe network type, cabinet type, hanging type, fire detection pipe and other fire extinguishing equipment.
(1) Pipe network type: suitable for protecting large spaces and multiple protection areas at the same time.
(2) Cabinet type (single cabinet and double cabinet): small footprint, easy installation and maintenance.
(3) Hanging type: does not occupy ground space, small, easy to install and maintain, suitable for application scenarios such as tunnels and urban underground integrated pipeline corridors.
03. Classification by cylinder volume
Depending on the size of the cylinder volume, different fire extinguishing media and different manufacturers have different product specifications. Rongan Fire Protection HFC-227ea specifications range from 40L to 180L, perfluorohexanone specifications range from 6L to 180L, and suspended HFC-227ea specifications range from 6L to 30L.
04. Classification by gas drive form
It can be divided into several categories: internal storage pressure, external storage pressure and pump group type.
Internal storage pressure means adding gas pressure inside the cylinder or combining with a small drive cylinder to implement fire extinguishing gas delivery.
External storage pressure adds a larger drive cylinder outside the fire extinguishing cylinder, which can achieve a longer delivery distance and faster and more efficient gas delivery.
The pump group type adds a drive pump to achieve a more efficient, continuous and stable delivery effect.
05. Classification by cylinder type
It can be divided into two categories: welded cylinders and seamless cylinders. In order to ensure the safety and stability of the fire protection system, the inspection cycle of fire cylinders is generally 3 years, and some cylinders can be inspected every 5 years.
