Heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system (FM200):
Heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea) is a clean gas fire extinguishing agent developed by Great Lakes Corporation of the United States for chemical extinguishing. It belongs to halogenated hydrocarbons. It is colorless, odorless, low-toxic, non-conductive, and does not pollute the protected object. In particular, it has no destructive effect on the atmospheric ozone layer, meets environmental protection requirements, and is an ideal substitute for halon fire extinguishing agent at this stage.
Classification by pipe network layout:
1. Combined distribution fire extinguishing system
A fire extinguishing system that uses a group of fire extinguishing agent storage devices to protect multiple protection zones. Multiple trunk branches can be divided from the fire extinguishing agent main pipe, and selector valves are set respectively to transport the fire extinguishing agent to the fire area according to the fire extinguishing needs.
2. Unit independent fire extinguishing system
A fire extinguishing system that uses one or a group of fire extinguisher storage containers to protect a protection zone.
Pipeline network independent type:
3. Composition and working principle of gas fire extinguishing system
Fire extinguishing agent storage cylinder: used to hold fire extinguishing agent.
Starting gas cylinder: It consists of a multi-function solenoid valve, which can be opened by multiple functions such as electricity, gas, and manual, and is connected to the selection valve and container valve through pipelines to provide a starting gas source to control the fire extinguishing of the protection area. The driving gas storage pressure is 4.5MPa.

Signal feedback device (pressure switch): Feedback the pressure signal after the gas is sprayed to the fire extinguishing control panel.
One-way valve: Installed between the hose and the manifold, its purpose is to prevent a cylinder from being removed or sprayed after spraying when multiple cylinders are placed together. If a fire occurs in a certain protection area and the fire extinguishing agent needs to be sprayed, the fire extinguishing agent will flow from the manifold or flow back to the cylinder that has been sprayed.
Hose: Used to connect the container valve and the manifold, it transports the fire extinguishing agent and reduces the vibration caused by the release of the fire extinguishing agent.
Safety valve: installed at one end of the manifold, plays a role in safe pressure relief.
Manifold: installed in the bottle group rack, after the fire extinguishing agent of each fire extinguishing bottle is collected in the manifold, it is transported to the protection area through the selection valve and branch pipe network of each corresponding area.
Selection valve: in the combined distribution system, it is installed at the beginning of the branch pipe of each corresponding protection area to control the flow direction of the fire extinguishing agent, so as to achieve the purpose of distributing the fire extinguishing agent to the protected area.
Gas-controlled one-way valve, used in the driving air pipe of the combined distribution fire extinguishing system to control the direction of the airflow.
Container valve: installed on the fire extinguishing bottle, the fire extinguishing agent can be filled into the bottle through the container valve, and the fire extinguishing agent is sealed to prevent leakage. When extinguishing the fire is needed, the container valve is opened to release the fire extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire.
Pipeline nozzle: used to transport and spray pressurized fire extinguishing agent.
